Where does Appliva ship?

Appliva currently ships to United States addresses only.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

How long does delivery take?

After processing, standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Which shipping carriers does Appliva use?

Depending on the order and destination, shipments may be handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other available carriers.

What is Appliva's order cutoff time?

The order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Massachusetts time (MA).

How long do I have to return an item?

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 business days.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I return a used product?

No. Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Products must also meet the other applicable return conditions, including having the required original packaging and included components.

What products cannot be returned?

Returns are not accepted for products that are used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging or components, or have had original tags, labels, or stickers removed.

Returns are also not accepted for customized, personalized, or made-to-order products; gift cards and digital products; products marked as clearance, final sale, or non-returnable; products damaged through misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs; and items returned after the eligible return period.

Items with stains, odors, smoke smell, pet hair, or other visible signs of use are also not eligible.

Is an unboxing video required?

Yes. An uncut unboxing video clearly showing the product and the issue is required where applicable. If Appliva does not receive the required uncut unboxing video clearly showing the product and issue, the return may not qualify.
